Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new real estate company called 'Sparrow Real Estate'.

Requirements:
1. The logo is to be created using vector graphics.
2. The logo should have a crisp, clean, modern design.
3. The logo should have a blue colour scheme.
4. As our company name is 'Sparrow', we want the logo to be based on a stylised bird.
5. We require two versions of the logo. A blue/colour version (to use on light/white backgrounds), and a single solid-white version (to use on dark / photo backgrounds).
6. The logo shape should be simple enough that it is recognizable from a distance. As it will be used on outdoor signage and 'For Sale' signs etc.
7. The logo should convey trust and sophistication. We don't want a 'Fun' logo, we want a logo that instantly builds a sense of trust and professionalism.
