Business Card Design Brief

This is a Personal Training Company described as a progressive, holistic approach to exercise. Creating unique programs by combining Physical Therapy with Fitness & Strength training. Final Design should communicate "Change your mind, change your body!" or "The mind controls the body" "Mind-muscle connection=change" First Image is for Colors I'd like: lime green, sky blue, grey. Second/Third image is idea of Arrow style-connection of Mind to Muscle. Keep it simple, and ZEN like. Our slogan is "Keep Moving" We cater to the Geriatric & physically challenged population as well so EASY TO READ please.
