Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for an existing company based out of Tacoma looking to expand territory. The old design was too location specific. My company inspects residential sewer pipes for home buyers by putting a camera inside the pipe to observe the condition between the home and the sewer main usually about 75 feet. I need a logo to convey professionalism so nothing too corny or silly. The color green (somewhat neon) is used for marking sewer pipe paths above ground so I would like a neon-ish green used.
