Logo Design Brief

I'm seeking a logo design for a start up company. It will be an accelerator targeting web and mobile app design. An 'Accelerator' is a business model where potential entrepreneurs bring ideas in the hope that they are selected to receive intensive business development, legal and financial support. In return the Accelerator receives a small stake in their company.

The organisation is named 'unity' as its focus is on good ideas that are not necessarily championed (have one major backer). Unity's differentiators will be to build networks of developers and designers that are able to be brought in as co-founders on these ideas.

I therefore want the focus to be on the logo, with the text 'unity' (lower case) an option. I will favor the use of blue. I want the logo to be able to work on a minimalist background.

Target Market(s)

The target market will be the entrepreneurs submitting ideas, and potential developers and designers who are considering joining the network. They will be relatively young 18-30 and tech savy.
