Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for new company called Nativesoft based in Oulu, Finland. Nativesoft does own eCommerce Marketplace and CMS platform for local businesses + provides custom software development services for various other customers. The product business has been bought from company called Vuole Oy, whose site is at www.vuole.fi (showing the Buzzaar and Savalanche brands of our products). Buzzaar description can be found in www.buzzaar.io. Brand can be partly based on this existing product brands, but that is not necessary as company is also doing more broad service development. The "native" in our companyname stands for "local" and also native commerce / advertising that is the core of our service.

Requirements

Must have

• Logo must be usable in many backgrounds and purposes (maybe both landscape and portrait). The company name must be present and clearly visible.

Nice to have

• It would be nice if logo reflects the meaning of "native" as local - we are serving local businesses and medias. Logo could also reflect the "native advertising" or "native commerce", meaning replacing banner ads with more native content. We are thinking of introducing multiple branded & localised sites for the company, so if the text-part of logo can be changed it would be great.
