Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our independent art consultancy called 'RMC21'. We'd like a design that is bold, sophisticated and modern - one that would be equally attractive in color as it would in all black. The type of art that we deal in is contemporary paintings - abstract landscapes and some portraiture. The logo should not be so intricate or fanciful that it competes with the art - thus we would like clean lines, not too intricate and yet definitely not ordinary. The final design should convey - professional, contemporary, creative.
