Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my consulting company. The design should be classic, luxury, masculine and elegant. I like Black, blue and grey/silver colours. My consulting company is targeting leadership teams for capability growth and productivity increases (cost savings initiatives). Trying to convey the message that capability of teams and individuals is the most critical component of being successful in business. I like to think of this as an "pearl" depicted in colour grey/silver held by the letter C. This is just an idea but feel free to play with it.
