Logo Design Brief

we need a logo design for a casual dinning Asian restaurant/takeaway called "YUMO Dumpling Bar". We position ourselves as not top end, nor low end, but somewhere in the middle of the industry, a bit like "The Coffee Club" or "Dome" in cafe business (Yes, we're planning to franchise in the future）. We'd like a logo that is simple, inspiring and suits our interior colour scheme (please see attached for a picture of our restaurant). A banner design for the shop front light box may also be assigned to the designer of this task.
