Logo Design Brief

The name of my company is Garvin Dental Partners, LLC. Our "slogan" is " A tradition of dental excellence" We have been in business for close to 30 years, however I recently purchased the office 2 years ago. The office performs Cosmetic and General Dentistry for the whole family. (I treat all ages) The design should be fairly conservative but not too stuffy. My patient base is very diverse but there is a shift toward the blue blood country club type. I would like the logo to reflect that. It will be used for everything from business cards and letterhead to signage and advertising. I would also like to have it etched into the glass on my door. It is okay if there is color, but it must also look good in black and white. I really like the traditional logo that most country clubs have, (interlocking letters that overlay each other) but I am not stuck on that.
