Web Design Brief

Looking for a web designer, I can work with updating over 100 websites that I have already created. With more jobs being needed all the time.

The websites I create are basic and I know they need polish, to take them to the next level.

I create website backend code in .net and put the content together in html but the finished page always looks amateurish and needs at least tweaks, image changes, lines, boxes, shade, corners, colour changes, more grid, font changes, size changes etc. and it can often then look 10 times better.

I need that designer who can provide me with those 10 (ish) things on that page that when changed will transform it into an acceptable page, provided as simple comments with an occasional html snipet.

I'm looking for somebody who has a positive attitude to quick makeover ideas to make a site look more professional with some basic tweaks or be honest enough to say it needs a total rework, which occasionaly will be needed (seperate charge for those situations).

I intent to keep the costs down by taking those upgrade comments (which I will pay for) and doing the changes suggested myself.

So this would be ongoing job over lots of different websites, with an agreed payment per page.
NOTE: amount per page on future jobs will not be at this rate as it would be uneconomic but the the anticapted taken on future jobs is 1 hour per page for the makeover comments and looking to agree a sensible ongoing rate with the winner.
An indication of what repeat jobs like this makeing over 1 page, would cost would be helpful.
