Logo Design Brief

I need a company logo to go on my coffee packaging and on my website. Improvements that need to be made to the rough draft that I've provided include stylized text that fills the lower portion of the oval, a kind of radiating sunset effect coming up from behind the mountain starting with a brighter orange radiating up to darker sunset colors, and the mountain could be a black and light grey image but some detail on the mountainside would be nice like gullies and some differentiation of the peak vs. the lower parts of the mountain possibly darker/more filled in with black on the lower parts transitioning to lighter less filled with black toward the peak. Not really looking for a snow capped look since coffee mountains are not that tall. Below the oval image I am going to have a subtitle with a bullet point between the two sections of text. Subtitle:

• I'm looking to a kind of boldish font that contorts to fit the bottom 40% of the oval shape. Looking for a flowing stylized font with nice serif like or sharp points on the ends of the letters.
