Flyer Design Brief

I am a locksmith company. Wanting a flyer designed for postal delivery to houses.
The design is to have a home security check list similar to the one attached (Not exactly the same) targeting locks with some pictures of deadlocks, Deadbolts, Window Locks, Security door locks Etc..
The idea is to get people in there homes to make sure they are secure and if not to call us for a free quote.
Flyer is to catch customers eye so they don't just throw it our. E.G. IS YOUR HOME SECURE on the front
A4 Size to be folded to twice to envelope size.
