I tend to gravitate towards blacks and whites. The designs submitted so far also have incorporated the NYC-LA concept (as those are the cities I work in) and the best has a stingy brim porkpie hat as well. The negative feedback has mostly been around designs that feel like they belong to Irish Pubs.
