What is the scope of coding work for current state of budget amount?

is html/css/javascript enough? plus backend programming or content management system need to be implemented?

I'm not technical..as long as it works that's probably fine for me. Please let me know if a CMS is needed and if it costs more. Thanks

One more clarification please..

You have mentioned in brief you want images of happy people smiling off all age. You have also mentioned home to be What we do page showing diiferent images for each What we do.

Would you please clarify on this. Is it you want happy people images in header and then in body section you want What we do different images.

Hi. When people go to the site I would like them to land on the 'what we do' page. We do 8 things, and so these would be the 8 pictures of the 8 different people (so same images). Look at www.theleadingedge.com.au for exactly the same example, but let me know if it is still unclear.
