I''m flexible on size/ratio, do what you think looks best and ideally I''d like it in a high enough resolution file that I could scale printing size as necessary.  I''m envisioning having it printed on a stretched canvas.

Hi, I wanted to know if the image have to be used or not, and eventually if it's possible to modify it (remove the tattoo, change contrast etc.). Also please consider that image quality is really low and it can hardly be used for an A3 print.

It can be done without the image and certainly I''ll make it guaranteed.
