Web Design Brief

We are a FIBA/NBA Sports agency looking for a new Webpage design. We currently have a site @ www.lsmbasketball.com, and looking for someone to redesign the site.. We are also looking to redo the LOGO as well. LSM will begin its Exposure camps also, and would like a page to promote and sign up for camp. I already have ipayment, but not sure how to add to site. Site must include:

Page for Agency updates, Client profiles, page for admin, camp registration page, flash photos, and able to filter news updates from eurobasket, and ESPN sites.
