Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed for a new online virtual assistant business called "The Back Office Agency" where companies can outsource all administration, marketing, social media jobs and projects to save on overheads of hiring part time or full time staff. I would like to see designs that are modern, fresh and clean and projects an image of professionalism. I want other businesses to see this logo and feel that it looks like a brand they can trust. I don't like anything that is cartoon like. I like the colours black, grey, white and then a colour that will pop e.g.. aqua, yellow, mint

I am very open to designs and concepts but will ultimately be seeking something that is sophisticated, modern and eye-catching.
