The current budget is sufficient for homepage uncoded psd design only and not CSS coded or backend or ecommerce or wordpress integrated for this low budget.

you are correct, it is uncoded PSD only. We are first looking for a graphic design. After we are satisfied we will add more funds to the project for coding.

this is our first time using designcrowd so I am hesitant to confirm without some comfort that we will get what we are looking for. But we are serious and if we like the design we will have no problem paying.
