Logo Design Brief

We are a young metal fabrication company. Our projects range from fire pits to trailers to boats to cattle ramps / crates for semi's.
Our company name is "Steel Ox Enterprises"
We can't decide of we want just the head of the Ox or the whole Ox in the logo. But we want it to look strong and modern.
We would like the Ox to be above the company name, but if the designers has other ideas, we are happy to see them.
The Logo will also be plasma cut out of steel and welded into our projects for branding/advertising. So it needs to be a bit basic.
I have attached a picture of a logo that is on my desk at work, which is similar to what I think we want. The gold in the Lion is what would be cut out of the steel if this were our logo.
Our company is located in Derby, Western Australia. The Outback.

• Neutral/Industrial colours

Nice to have

• Strong, Modern, Simple and Industrial design for the Ox.

Should not have

• Too much detail in the Ox, as it will be used to Plasma Cut out of steel.
• Bright Colours.
