Hi,
I have uploaded the variations according to your feedback, could you let me know what you think?
Thanks!
Hi,
I like it..the hash shape looks good, it would be nice to accentuate that a little more.
I still wonder if the hexagonal shape could be changed to look more like a square cut gemstone, called an Ascher cut. Ive just uploaded some more images to the brief so you can see what I mean. Take a look at the stone sketches to see what I mean. Im hoping that part could look more like a pencil sketch of a gemstone to link it to jewellery.
I like the tones of blue and purple you used. Would it be possible to see a version with the CAD in the dark indigo colour and the couture in the slightly lighter colour? Im also considering what it would look like printed in black and white, could the CAD be black and the couture a grey to show the diference.
The font is great too.

Hi there!
I have uploaded some variations as per your request.
I do have to say, that I like the original shape better than the square version.
One of the reasons is that there are already many, many jewellery logos out there who already use diamonds / gemstones in their logo. If you want to set yourself apart and create a recognisable identity, you shouldn't use the 'obvious' in the logo.
But that's just my 2 cents from a designers point of view.
Let me know your thoughts!
Kind Regards,
José
Hi,
Im sorry I dont understand what you mean by the original shape being better than the square version.. to me the shape is a hexagon. I like what youve done but I was hoping you could give the hexagonal shape the look of a pencil outline of gemstone facets. i htink I mentioned in my last email that I hd uploaded some images to the brief to demonstrate this. I think that with the shape coloured in it becomes too heavy.. What do you think?
