Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a long stay accommodation business. We are rebranding to "reside". Our business provides studio rooms for long term rent in safe, secure, modern buildings in fabulous locations. All our buildings feature full ensuites, swipe card security, modern, clean etc. We are an alternative to flatting (House-sharing), are cheaper than apartments, but cater for working people. We are NOT a half way house. Current website is www.scottys.co.nz. We will be looking to put signage on our buildings as part of this... so some consideration of how this would look on a sign would be good. The main name is reside. I'd like to have the tag line "a smart place to live" as part of the logo, but drop it off for big signs
