Please clarify the exact scope of work as this is design contest / competition.
Project says Job Type Uncoded PSD design only

The current budget suffices for 2-3 pages psd design only - not full site designed or css coded or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget
Also please arrange to guarantee the project if you want the best designers to work on it

Hiya. You're right. The budget is for designs only (no backed, no code as we have a developer for that). We have 4 pages in total, but its really only the home page that we need to be quite elaborate. All the others can be more plain at this stage.

My intention is to guarantee payment, but looking to see at least 1 design that is in the right direction before I do so. I increased the budget at this stage as well to make it more enticing.

I really like your design - top of my list so far (subject to the minor changes that I requested in my comment). Two other things that I forgot to mention -- (1) is it possible to make the flow more apparent -- the idea is to first select a package, then book an appointment, then finally the specialists. PB does a good job of showcasing this in one of his designs. The second point is perhaps if we have wallpaper for the website across all the pages, and your design can then just go over it. If you'd like, I can send that over to you.
