Dear sir are there any specifications to the design ? How many designs could we make ? Any specific message the design should convey ? Any Tag line for the logo ?

Yes I want to relay commercial, residential, development, maybe underneath or within the logo/brand. I thought about MB in large and bold maybe even with a box or circle around it and then morrow builders to the side. I want something that would look good on a shirt, hat etc also
