Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our new company based in London called " engineeria ", the logo is to be used on our website, business card, emails signatures and readable on linked in too.
We are a design led practice, using high end latest technology to create bespoke structures. We have 3 directors, that are the main pillars to the organisation.
We have experimented, and like the logo to be standing out by for example having the three "e" in our company name to be of different colour (all lime green or all purple), so that they always stand out in report, text and other.
We have indicated in the logo text the text expected, but we are open to suggestions as to these to be all or partly included.
In our drawing, as far as colour is concerned, we use grey, orange, purple, lime green.
