Thank you for your designs. they look like website to me. I need a presentation. Contents should be highlighted than the images.
You need to have a cover page, then all inner-pages should look same. In the body of the page would have the contents.

INNER PAGE:

On the top: A thin banner (approx. 1 inch) contains image(s) on the left to reflect Business Management; and Tourism and Hospitality sectors. Logo (white) is on the left in blue background
Body of the page: white background. Media/image insert option
