Business Card Design Brief

I am looking for a minimal matte background/shiny (spot UV) ink monochromatic design with a splash of neon color.

the card should be 2 sided, logo only on one side - all info and possibly logo on the other.

My creative director described the colors he imagined for the design to be:
'it's a dark field, like charcoal or a really dark burgundy, or deep blue, shot through with a neon—but just a tiny bit of it. so a charcoal field with a laser-thin streak of electric lime, safety orange, or cobalt blue. really beautiful stuff.'
