Flyer Design Brief

We need a post card/flyer design for a college apartment rental company called MK Management Group. We lease apartments to college students and would like a post card/flyer that appeal to college students, that are bright colors and eye catching. We would like pictures showcasing our properties with various amenities including big kitchens, living rooms with 50 inch flat screen TVs, large outdoor patios, large rooftop decks, private bathrooms, and much more. Granite countertops, hardwood floors, ceiling fans are some of the many amenities these apartments offer college students.

We want a flyer that advertises these apartments based on the pictures attached, and advertising that we are beginning to kick off our new leasing season. These apartments are ready to be rented, and we are looking to advertise these apartments to Temple University college students looking for apartments.
