Poster Design Brief

We are having a Fittest in Brighton Challenge at our fitness studio. We need a poster design using the template attached as a reference. I have also included our Kinetafit logo to put on the poster. Please DO NOT use the graphics in the flyer as we are expecting something much better :-)
-Size needed 11x17 with bleeding for printing
-We need this made in Photoshop (CS3 friendly) or at least delivered in PS as we might change some text or re-arrange the design later on.
-We need this in layers.
