CD Cover Design Brief

This theme is about a man that because of his excesses in life got sick, I took the old hospital room image from the web looking for hospital rooms (unknown author), I liked that it looks dramatic, this is how I visualize the whole picture, but feel free using your creativity and ideas. There are 5 attachments, 1.- a hospital room 2.- the “man in a gown” photo mentioned in the song, 3.- the logo that goes in the vital signs monitor, 4.- mp3 with the song, 5.- file with the lyrics.

Here is the idea:
-One bed in the room instead of 2
-The cross in the wall without the Christ silhouette
-The man in the gown (photo attached) at the right side of the bed on his knees in the floor, the idea of the mask is because this man has no face, no age, no race, is just a human, I’d like the hospital gown on a different color and without the figure patterns that it has on it.
-A vital signs monitor in the room with the OB logo (logo image attached) instead of the usual vital signs numbers and traces
-To represent the excess, for example, cigarettes (smoke coming out from the cigarettes) and alcohol bottles in the coffee table(s)
-A spirit somewhere in the room (a nice female spirit)
-An IV bag in an IV pole and the IV tube to the man in a gown arm.
-Include the song tittle “AMEN” and for the artist name the initials OB somewhere.
