Logo Design Brief
We need a logo for a team that is working to cut costs (their second effort going after cost savings) and plan to save $20MM. Thus the name: project 2.020 “Envision the Future” In order to get these cost savings, they are going to have to find ways to work very differently (cut out waste, get rid of unnecessary work and unnecessary steps).
We like the idea of 2020 having a vision of the future. By making the period more subtle in the drawing we can maintain the 2.0 and still call it Project 2020.
We are using an analogy of Christopher Columbus looking out over the horizon and showing that the world isn’t flat as he sails toward something great: new, unchartered territory.
Bellisio is a frozen food entree company. They have a legacy of Italian frozen foods but have expanded their portfolio significantly.
