Q: What size are we looking for?
A: The design is for both sides of a single A4 sheet folded in thirds.

Q: How much text will be placed?
A: The example pages I gave are "text heavy". If the design reduces "text space" to 2/3 or 1/2 of a page on each side, that would be great solution. (i.e. the minimum text requirement for the whole flyer is 3 full columns although it will be split over the area of 6 columns).

I don't understand. You have attached 3 word document. Should all of 3 text from word goes on tri fold A4 or each text on different trifold A4.

I am looking for a template that I can use to make multiple brochures from by just changing the words.

I already have the text for three different brochures.

I attached the text for these brochures each in a different document for the purposes of illustration.

However, there is a lot of text on these examples.

If you read previous comments, you will see that I have said I am expecting to reduce the amount of text to allow space for the design and pictures.

So, no the text from the 3 word documents does not need to go on a single flyer. This is enough text for 3 flyers.

There is no pictures. If you want to get good design it is better to upload pictures.
And something else: You need templates and make changes later. It will be difficult for you.
You will get design in: pdf, or illustrator or CorelDraw.
Can you work with this programs so you can make changes.
Send me everything what should each flyer should have. I can make one design with pictures and text you want and if the design is good for you i can make all changes for all flyers. For us that is easy.
