But the functionalities you desire, for example when the 'more' button is pressed, it will result in the creation of a new slot, that needs back-end development with PHP, or ASP type languages.
It appears to us that you only want the front end design. So our question is, do you have back end developers? Do you need only HTML and CSS for the webpage?

You are correct. (1) We understand that there is some dynamic aspects of the page when it is fully implemented. (2) And indeed, we are looking for a smart, clean, user friendly design (and subsequent HTML/CSS) to hand over to our developers.

The current budget suffices for homepage psd design with CSS coding only - not full site designed or css coded or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget

This project is for the one page design (the submission form) and corresponding HTML / CSS. No backend or corresponding ecommerce is needed at this time.

We already submitted the highly documented code for the web page you demanded.
But now as you are saying that you need some idea on UX, we request you to tell the requirements more precisely, so that we can work on that ASAP.

We prepared the design as per your requirements. But then we say that with such a design the developer of back end will have a tough time, therefore we will be sending a new design as per our ideas- after you suggested us to come up with our ideas.
It will decrease the job complications for the developers.
But before that we need a further approval of yours, our designers are working on it but we need a positive signal.
