Hi.
Do you have any preference about the program to be used?
Is it necessary to be an editable file?
Best regards.

I will be creating the content on a monthly basis, so you it needs to be editable. I'm not sure what the standard is to use for a newsletter. My printer says it will actually need to be 4 pages (8 sides) to bind it like I am thinking. What are your thoughts on the program

The program I am thinking to use is Word or PowerPoint.
Which one is better for you?

The best option would be the InDesign program. Do you have it?

Powerpoint would probably be easiest at this point. I do have access to InDesign, but I need to go through training on that program.

OK. I will work with Power Point program.
As soon as I finish the layout, I will send it to you.
Thank you for the response.
Regards.

Hello,

Is Heritage Biologics the main logo? If so, are you able to upload a version of that logo (.eps preferably). Also, how much priority do the other logos have, and what is their association? How do you wish to see them used?

InDesign is the software I will be using for this design. It will definitely be worth your while to train yourself further with this software to ensure a professional look for your newsletter.

Thank-you,
Ellen

Ellen,

I have access to InDesign, but have not been trained. Will it be easy to add content to for a novice like me? The other designer used powerpoint at the template. The main logo is the rarecare (name of the newsletter) as Heritage Biologics is our parent company. The newsletter will actually be 8-pages in total with the front and back page included. The other logos attached don't have huge priority. HBcares logo is the program that the rarecare newletter falls under, so using it at the footer might make sense.

Thank-you for the clarity with the logo uses.

InDesign is quite user friendly; you'll find familiarities if you've worked with other Adobe programs previously. If you find you have questions, I can always be reached for information, or a quick Google search will lead to many tips. I've set all things to standard sizes so there wouldn't be any need to deal with the finer details.

I've noted from previous comments that you had decided on an 8-page newsletter, so that is what I've started for you.

Many thanks,
Ellen
