Logo Design Brief

Need a logo for my business RIP Tide Designs & Engraving and would like simple so I can engrave clean lines but colorful for me to put on my shirts. The colors need to be hot pink, neon green black and white incorporated in a large wave/waves with a transparent skull possibly meshing with the waves or riding the waves. Love to have a tribal looking wave with sharp edges and would still like to keep the design unisex. I have a love for the beach, tribal art and skull designs so would love to combine them into a logo. Attached are some samples. Not crazy about flowers but like the look of the skull wave attached. I want to over power the logo with a look of waves/wave but still want to have a realistic skull kinda hidden in the design slightly
