Logo Design Brief
We are a home renovation company based in Toronto. We have all residential based projects and we design, plan, and build our own projects. We consider ourselves to have a somewhat eclectic style and would like a somewhat modern looking logo using either our full company name (Fraser Homes Inc.) or just using our company initials (FH or FH Inc). We would like our logo to communicate that we are an up to date company that is current with the trends in today's society and take pride in our work. First impressions are important and we feel a logo best enhances that impression. Please see our current logo attached. We feel as though it is lacking something interesting to draw the eye and remember our name. We are pretty open to ideas.
Updates
Project Deadline Extended Reason: We're not getting as much diversity in the logo's as we were hoping. Some of them are great but we were hoping for a bit more selection. - Not too much colour, but we are open to a hint of colour if done in a sophisticated way.
- We are usually drawn to black and shades of grey.
- Something SIMPLE.
- We would like it to look sleek and modern.

- Dimension lines of some sort could be a nice feature. But unsure on how to incorporate them.
