Logo Design Brief

My business is "Philip Esterle Photography". I need a new logo for my brand that reflects the work that I do, which is mostly mountainscapes, waterscapes, and some canyon/desert photography. On my website, I currently use a color scheme of black and gold (RGB #DEAD13). However, I'd like to include my logo as a watermark on my images, so it would need to work as a semi-transparent overlay on a variety of colors. (I've included a few samples of my work)
