Logo Design Brief

Need a logo design for The Madison Ann Cundiff Memorial Foundation. My daughter was killed by a caregiver when she was 22 months old. My family and I have begun this foundation to assist families with funeral costs, provide scholarships to surviving siblings, assist with supplies for domestic abuse shelters, and to provide higher risk communities with more access to safe child use areas to help reaise awareness and bring a greater sense of community. We want the victims of these crimes to know that they are important and not alone. We have a logo already which you can find on madisonanncundiff.org but it does not work well for shirts or other items which may require screen printing. It seems to me to be a bit busy. My daughter Madi loved Irises and liked the color purple. My mother felt that after she died the pennies she found on the ground were reminders of Madi, which is why the current logo uses a penny. I feel that takes too much explanation and we need a cleaner crisper design which is easily remembered.
