Logo Design Brief

The name of the company is Sandstone Homes LLC. We are real estates investors, meaning we buy and fix up (flip) houses. I want a logo that indicates we are in real estate but also a logo that our guys and girls wouldn't mind wearing on their shirts or ball caps.

I want the design to be professional, invoke a sense of comfort/security and still look positive. I would like to use turquoise, basic blue (Dallas Cowboy Blue lol) with either black, brown or silver. I am open to a third bright color being used such as a neon or lime green, yellow, etc. Thank you in advance.
