Eminence Development Ltd is a property development business. We buy homes and unlock their potential through 3d planning, architects designs , planning permission,and high quality finishes to the project (good kitchens/bathrooms etc)

The final design should be professional but unique, not a boring corporate logo by any means.

I the short term we will be appealing to investors who want to joint venture with us on residential property in Manchester, UK. Mid term and long term we'd like to get into commercial property and self build projects and land buying

Values that underpin the company - doing things when we say well do them, open and transparent communication, quality of finish, and a safe pair of hands for growth.
