The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only - not full site designed or css coded or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget

That's exclatly what we are looking for :
Just a PSD Uncoded design for our homepage with all elements on documents and an other similar page (the event page) with exactly the same design (colors, polices, menu...) but with an other disposition because elements are differents.
I really don't know if it's a lot of work for you or not and for what price are you ready to do this job.
We are just a small association and we don't have a lot of budget.
The next level was too high for us, sorry...
