Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a lettings agency called 'Belle Vue Residential'. We want to change our image and need a new logo.

We want a modern and contemporary image, however I wouldn't mind a bit of classic integrated in to the design.

We need a logo and company name text that can be used together or separately. I don't want a logo with a picture of a house or anything tacky. This needs to be a professional looking logo rather than a generic one. You may even experiment using BVR to make a logo somehow.

The logo could be any colour but I have a preference for the logo to be a mixture of blues. Midnight blue and turqoiuse.

I have uploaded a logo I had designed similar to what I was looking for. The logo can be of a similar/refined version of it or something different. I love the text font in the uploaded image and would like the same one if possible.
