T-shirt Design Brief

I need a T-shirt for CrossFitters. No limits on graphics or text. Just the term "CrossFit" is not allowed. Only few colours, best would be one colour as it should be adaptive to different shirt colours. It should be unisex as well. The shirt will be implemented in our onlineshop, based in Switzerland. The word CrossFit is due to trademark issues not allowed. Anything goes, from classic to modern.
