Banner Ad Design Brief

I need 3 Banner Ads for a sales presentation for our coffee company (square, vertical rectangle and horizontal rectangle). They will be placed on a non profit website advertising our coffee, and we will give 20% back...we want to convey the message "20% goes directly to operation smile"
Also, Coffee by Cafejo (Use the Cafejo Logo that's attached)
Also, place the My Cup Counts Logo (attached)
I've also attached a few images of people drinking coffee if you want to use it....it doesn't have to be that picture I want the vibe to be warm, rich.
Please also place the Amazon Prime logo on this banner ad.
