Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new center which is part of a large medical school. We would like a design that conveys bi-directional partnership and cooperation with our global health partners. The logo should complement the UPenn Perelman School of Medicine nicely (see attached) and we would like the UPenn blue color to be used. So, generally, the logo should convey global, health and partnership using Pantone 288 CV blue color. We would be open to one additional color.
