CD Cover Design Brief

I have a design project that includes 8 CD cover images for my personal music library (collections of my music) for digital display only (Soundcloud, my website). For six of them I have complete images, but need titling (text). For the remaining two, I have raw images for reference and need an image created from or based upon the reference.

How much would you charge beyond the $150 base rate? Also, what is your timeframe that you could complete this project?

Below is a link to an excel spreadsheet with instructions on each of the eight CD covers needed and also the description of the project as a whole. Please submit a sample for (Eeday - Many Rivers - Assorted B sides and singles).
