Our website addresses two different target groups:
- Customers (companies) wanting to hire new IT talent
- It talent to find a new JOB

We a looking for a visual design concept that either addresses both target groups in one of the following options:
a. target both groups in 1 single splash page.
b. target both groups in 2 different pages one for both groups
c. or any creative third concept you can come up with

Requirements, we want one overall visual concept, that both target groups can relate to.

- involvement
- professional/yet playful
- engagement

Background, company culture:
We are a recruitment agency with over 15 years of experience, we have no hard-sale culture.
But we emphasize on long term relationships, showing real interest in people and their needs.
