I have a few questions for you :) because i really like your idea for this project :)
1. What is this controller is supposed to do? A cordless/wireless controller like the Xbox or Playstaion...for gaming? for scanning ?
2. You do not need a touchscreen or a even a screen...only 5 buttons...this is correct right?!
3. You need us to scale the model? with dimensions and all the preparations like "ready for 3D printing" technology kind of job?
Because if you do need this your price is low...even for a 3D modelling you offer a low price...it is a lot of work involved

1:The controller is to work with IOS applications we create.
2:Yes, no screen is needed. Just the five buttons. The Sony controllers are a good example of the size we are looking at.
3:We will want to possibly 3D print a rough form to get the idea of feel and size.

STEP/.stp is for nurbs CAD file, but i think this model can get high quality detaIl with 3D max Software.
can i try to make it from 3D max with 3Ds output file or OBJ?
