Logo Design Brief

Lawndale Homes is a manufactured home park, but I don't really want any trailers visible in the logo or anything like that.

They have been inconsistent with the logo and colors; they are preferring to use red most of the time.

The new logo shouldn't look extremely different to the current, but it badly needs refreshing. Current logo is included.
