T-shirt Design Brief

We have a retail store that sells Chadron State College apparel in Chadron, NE (we also have the rights to the logo). I would like some ideas for shirts to sell. It is nice to have non gender specific designs, but womens designs are also an important part. Maximum three to four colors for the shirt design (single color is acceptable), use of logo is optional. I would like to see a design with the color gold or silver in it for something fun and different.
