Can the logo have a black shape around it to separate from yellow of truck?

Hi all,
We have uploaded two new images for your creative minds. We have two ideas in mind:

With the palm tree one we would like the use of just the main palm tree with out the chair and umbrells. We would like a palm tree on either side of the logo, so the main palm tree on the right side, and then the same palm tree inverted on the left side. We would like the colourful background colours to remain the same with the chip cartel text in between the palm trees. We would like the text to remain the same (County jailhouse) and also another design involving the use of a miami neon style text with the same palm trees and background colour.

With the second design, we would like the use of the sydney skyline with the background colours of the first image and the two different style texts.
